Linked Server Error

I am new on Linked server technology. I am getting this error one of my
linked server.
OLE DB provider 'mdw' does not contain table
'"mdm_BMO_DATA"."dbo"."MDM_IBSO"'. The table either does not exist or the
current user does not have permissions on that table.
Both source and target server and database is working properly. Please advice?
